Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

DuoHR offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. Trial accounts that are not converted to a paid plan are automatically suspended at the end of the trial window. Trial workspace data is retained for 30 days after expiry so you can reactivate by subscribing, then marked deleted and excluded from the product going forward.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected at signup. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge. Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar date each month. All amounts are in INR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account billing portal or by contacting support at billing@duohr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to the HRMS product continues until the period end date.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Monthly plans: No refunds are issued for the current billing month after the charge has been processed. Unused days are not prorated.
• Annual plans: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the annual charge date may be honoured at the discretion of DuoHR, provided the account has not been used to process payroll or finalize attendance for more than 5 employees during that period.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Professional services, custom implementation fees, data-migration engagements, and add-on modules purchased separately are non-refundable once the engagement has begun.

6. Disputes

All billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge date by emailingbilling@duohr.com. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in the Master Subscription Agreement.

7. Changes to This Policy

DuoHR reserves the right to update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to the tenant admin at least 14 days before taking effect.
