Our Story

Most HR tools look polished in a demo and fall apart when real leave policies, night shifts, and payroll cut-offs arrive. We built DuoHR for the teams stuck in that gap — HR managers who need the system live this month, not after a six-month implementation.

DuoHR is made by Impacteers Technologies in Chennai. We obsess over the unglamorous work: getting attendance to agree with leave, getting leave to agree with payroll, and making sure setup doesn't require a consulting army.

AI is part of that story, but it never replaces judgment. It helps spot exceptions, draft the first version of a letter, or check readiness before a payroll run — always with a human review path.
